Help with signing in

How members of Veer Technologies get into the portal.

How do I sign in?: With your e-mail address, mobile number or member number and your password. If you share a phone with someone in your household, use your member number.
I received an invitation. What now?: Open the link, or choose I have an invitation and enter the code you were given. You then set your own password. The link works once and for a limited time.
I cannot sign in.: The membership office can give you a link to set a new password. Ask at the office or by telephone with your member number at hand. The link works once and for twenty-four hours. Nobody at the office ever sees your password.
What is two-step sign-in?: An app on your phone makes a six-digit code every thirty seconds, which you enter after your password. If you lose the phone, one of your recovery codes gets you in.
Where is my membership card?: Once you have signed in, your card is under Card and stays on your phone even without a signal.
